Chilly Willy Barn Show

Today I competed at the Barn Show at KEC. I rode Dyno (Appaloosa Gelding) and had lots of fun.

The arena is small so we had to park our horses wayyyy in the corners!

Cassie & Cody and Carrie & Dyno

There were a total of 11 riders. Can you find me and Dyno???
(We are 5 horses from the left!)

Here is what I competed in and what I placed:
  • Jumping:Ground Poles--Second Place
  • Games:Austrailian Pursuit--First Place (Dyno has a speedy trot! Perfect for this game!)
  • Games:Ride a Buck--Second Place (You ride with a dollar bill underneath your leg!)
  • Games:Gone Fishin'--Second Place-Team Race!

Trail Walk in Fall

Today me and Katie decided to go for our very first walk down the trail.

Going up the drive...stops to a "MOO" sound. (If you look, you can see the steer looking at her!)

Today at our family get together we tacked up Katie and rode.

My Aunt Melissa who has never rode before had a little lesson on Katie.

Coming Home

Walking Katie home from Majestic Winds Stable, LLC.

Katie glad to be back home. She even got a brand new run-in shed while she was away!

Away for Sometime

I took Kaite over the Majestic Winds Stable, LLC for a while in December. I only was going to keep her there for a month, but that actually turned more into two. When I was going to bring her home, she wouldn't load in the trailer. We tried everything over the course of another month. Finally, we just decided to walk her home. So Shellyann and I walked Kaite and one of Shellyann's horses home. She finally was back to her home sweet home again!
